Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your own records

If you already talk things over with an AI assistant, you can connect it to your records in Wren. With your permission, it can read your records, labs and medications and answer from them.

Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others

  1. Open your assistant’s settings and find Connectors, or Plugins in ChatGPT.
  2. Add a new connector and paste the address.
  3. Sign in to Triangle when it asks.
  4. Choose what it may read or change, and which profile, then Accept.

Set Authentication to OAuth, tick “I understand and want to continue”, then Create as a plugin and sign in to Triangle. In a chat, type @ and pick Triangle. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, a workspace admin adds it. Other plans can’t add custom connectors.

Then sign in to Triangle and accept. Other assistants that support MCP work the same way.

  • “What did my anatomy scan report say, in plain words?”
  • “List my lab results from this pregnancy and what each one checks.”
  • “Help me write questions for my midwife visit on Thursday.”

Plainly: once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control, so connect only one you trust. It works only with what’s in Wren and can’t change anything at your clinic. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops straight away. People you add to your profile can connect their own assistant too, read-only if they can only view it.
